Frank is an amazing server he takes the time to help people and continue to check on people and is also very helpful and friendly service absolutely amazing! The cook Lavar cooks very well and makes amazing meals he truly is amazing as well! I recommend them to anyone and in my opinion should run their own restaurant they make this place worth it for sure. They definitely need a raise in my opinion!! Amazing people!

Had breakfast during my stay and was given the royal treatment by Crystal and Kaniya. Very friendly and accommodating. The burrito was top notch, stuffed with eggs cheese peppers and choice of meat. Coffee was good and I don’t normally like coffee

We chose this hotel due to the proximity to the airport. We had a large group of young kids who took part in a ice skating competition. The staff was very accommodating with the kids and even opened a conference room for them to gather in the night before our flight. Kitchen staff was very friendly as well. Great experience I would highly recommend this to someone needing something close to the airport. There aren't many restaurants close by but the hotel does offer food and beverages for a fee. We will be back next year!

Checked in tonight and it was super busy. This hotel and the one across the street from it were booked. But Noula, the girl that was working the desk, was still super positive, personable, and working through the line of check-ins quick. Really appreciated her humor on this stressful day! Frank at the bar was also great. Very nice and good service. Thank you!

Frank was a fantastic bartender and server! Also Lavar was an amazing chef and his food was phenomenal. Also the lady that bartended and served us was an amazing and super nice!

They have a decent sized restaurant in the hotel that is superb! If you don’t like the food or drinks; breakfast, lunch and dinner than you’ll be sure to enjoy their bartender, Frank. Frank is an excellent server and person and will ensure that you have excellent service! Also the hotel across them is very excellent customer service! The owner is also very attentive and friendly and is to my knowledge a very good boss for his employees.

I chose Holiday Inn because of the dependability associated with the brand name. I was not disappointed. At first I thought it might be a little sketchy, but it turned out to be very nice. The hotel looked like it was newly renovated. The staff was friendly and efficient in getting me checked it. My room was very well appointed and was updated nicely. The bed was comfy. There is a restaurant in the lobby for breakfast. I only got coffee to go, which was good. Beside the hotel being tucked away off the road, I thought it was a good pick for a place to stay when in or near Kalamazoo.
